4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or yearly billing depending on the plan selected during checkout.
By subscribing, you: Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions; Authorize Tutari GmbH or its authorized third-party payment provider to charge your credit/debit card or other payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees will be billed in advance of the subscription period and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless and until you cancel the subscription.
It is your responsibility to ensure that: Your payment method remains valid and up to date; You understand the billing frequency and amount selected
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account settings page (e.g., "Profile" or "Billing Settings") in the Service. Requests to cancel via email, support ticket, or chat will not be considered valid or effective unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the subscription term ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise required by law.
If a payment fails or your billing method is declined, we may: Retry the charge automatically after a short period; Suspend or limit your access to the Service until payment is received.
We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription plans with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.
5. Refunds
All fees paid for subscriptions or services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: Subscription renewals, Early cancellations, Partial usage of the service, Same-day cancellations after payment.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided immediately after payment, and you therefore waive any statutory right of withdrawal or refund period that may otherwise apply to digital content or services.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel on time.
All billing is handled through our payment provider, but refund requests must be submitted exclusively to our support team via strateda.com. Direct requests to Paddle or third parties will not be considered valid refund claims.
6. Account Responsibilities

To create an account and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Tutari GmbH shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or data breach arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or for failure to properly exit the Service after use.You are solely responsible for the activity under your account and for any consequences resulting from unauthorized use if such access results from your actions or negligence.

Users may capture snapshots of charts or visual elements generated by the Service for personal use or public sharing (e.g., social media, blogs, educational content, books and other publications), provided that a clear attribution is included in the image, referencing https://strateda.com as the source. Attribution must be reasonably visible and may include, but not be limited to, a link or mention such as: "Chart generated by Strateda — strateda.com". Failure to include proper attribution may result in removal of access or further legal actions. Commercial redistribution or use in paid materials requires prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or other reasons we deem appropriate.
